GET BACK TO FOOTBALL SESSIONS

Hi all…with the 29th March and return to football not long off I am going to be putting some ball mastery incorporated with some fitness element short videos more aimed for U12s downwards for all abilities to complete. Videos of the kids doing them welcome. Can we get each child to do 20/30 seconds of the task followed by 30 secs rest and repeat this for a total of 3 times. It will be good for the kids to get some level of exercise and ball control in preparation. Sessions will vary every few days. Older age group sessions to follow.
